Shepherd Expedition Community

The Shepherd Expedition community is a place for people who enjoy exploring the outdoors with their dogs to connect, share experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.

German Shepherds and other pointy-eared dogs are at the heart of Shepherd Expedition, but you don’t have to own a German Shepherd to belong here. All breeds and mixed breeds are welcome.

Everyone Is Welcome

Our community is for dog owners from all backgrounds and experience levels. You don’t need a certain title, training background, competition record, or level of experience to participate. We believe there is room for different goals, perspectives, and ways of enjoying life with German Shepherds (and other dogs too).

We don’t believe in gatekeeping. Ask questions, share what you’ve learned, celebrate your dog’s progress, and learn from others. Our goal is to build a knowledgeable, supportive community where people can connect without feeling judged for where they are in their journey.
